Dear Wave
The Oct. issue was horrible. It is disappointing when we spend our pocket money on the magazine thinking we will get some enjoyment out of it. Please add something more interesting in the magazine.

Dear WAVE,
Please try to update your website as soon as possible because the magazine inspires us to open the site but it often is not updated. Anyways, it's good to see the new WAVE. The cover story on the Maoist world was simply fabulous.
Pratik
Dear Pratik,
The website will always be updated by the 2nd of the month. But sometimes your browser or ISP might automatically take you to the older site due to cache memory. We hope you and all our readers have been enjoying the online features.
WAVE
Hello WAVE family,
I have been a regular reader of WAVE because it always offers a lot of exciting articles. But I'm very disappointed with the October issue. There weren't any interesting articles and the previous (bigger) size was better. Why did you decrease the size? It seems as if we're reading a local magazine and not WAVE. Please take my suggestion positively and don't think that I'm trying to point out your faults. Hoping for a very interesting edition next month. Bye!
KORN
Dear Korn,
Feedbacks from readers are always more than welcome. And it is in fact the overwhelming feedback from our readers that made us change the size of WAVE, which is not very close to its original print size. We hope you enjoy 24 extra pages we have added to the magazine. And yes, we are very much home grown :)
WAVE.
Dear editor,
WAVE has changed and for the better. Gone are the days of bigger the better: in today's world its time to go the way of small is powerful.
Hats off to you for the amazing cover story. I never knew about the popularity of the people's party. Thanks for covering the other side of the story, which mainstream newspapers dare not expose. Your article made me realise how narrow our horizons are. We know what's happening between Kerry and Bush on the other side of the globe but we don't know what's happening in our country. You were right when you wrote, 'its hard to tell if we (the privileged youth of KTM) really think about the Maoists'. I hope WAVE will continue to enlighten our generation with similar content.
Sabin.
Dear Wave,
Although I have read WAVE from the very beginning, I had stopped picking up my copy for a year or so now. However, when I saw it in its old size, I couldn't stop myself from buying it. It took me back to the days gone by. Don't change now. You look beautiful in 8.5*10.5.
Happy Dashera and Tihar,
Tika Rai
Dear ed,
Though I'm a regular WAVE reader, this is my first mail. Even though I got the October issue on time, I wanted to visit the website too. The Party People was great to read. I love reading Oasis and the other articles were interesting also. Since the magazine is back to the original size, it's much easier because I have a habit of reading while I'm traveling. Thank you for going back to the original size.

Hi Wave,
I was shocked to find out that this month's WAVE had no poster. I hope that there will be a poster in the next issue. Could you write something about Antivirus Softwares in next month's WAVE?
Mridul.
Dear Mridul,
WAVE had printed a poster last month; it featured Janis Joplin on one side and Joss Stone on the other. And the magazine's centerfold itself was a poster of the WAVE Music Utsav. We apologise for missing out the poster in the copy you bought, but if you would like you could pick up a copy of the poster from our office. Sorry for the inconveniences caused. This month's This is IT focuses on Antivirus software. We hope you find it of use.
WAVE.
Dear ed,
I am a recent WAVE reader and I felt happy when I bought WAVE 106. I really like music and without doubt, WAVE is quite unlike any other youth magazine. I really enjoyed reading bandwagon, which featured Kutumba. They are doing very nice work.
Bharat Gurung
Dear editor,
I have been a regular WAVE reader since 2002. Every month it includes a small songbook, which is also an interesting & attractive feature of this magazine. As I am a regular reader, I want to know if WAVE has tried to publish a big collection of English songbook.
Bijay Kumar Chaudhary
Dang.
Dear Bijay,
No, we have never published an anthology of lyrics based on our songbooks mainly because the lyrics to many of the English songs are easily available on the internet. We do, however have lyrics of Nepali songs on our website and are currently working on expanding this database.
WAVE.
Dear Ed,
I went to the newspaper stand to fulfill my daily dose of news and there I saw the all new WAVE. I glared at the cover page and cover story, The Party People. What? Not again! Not the same old clubbing and partying scene! To tell you the truth, I had decided not to buy WAVE after going through the last issue. It didn't have an effective Freestyling, which I always cherished, the cover was definitely of not of my kind, and maybe Rapolution should gave been Rap Pollution. Enjoyed Broken Harmony, Hard Day's Night (Mainframe), Hits Fm's new releases and The Beat; a mere handful of pages out of 34 in the magazine. About a week after buying it, I opened the magazine and was very surprised. This is what a popular magazine like WAVE should feature for the youth. I am sure that people who read the magazine counted their blessing for being in a city and not in a village under such threat or pressure. I remember you talked about youth's involvement with a group of people at a peace gathering not very long ago. I too always believed that we, the youth, should make this country a better place. I enjoyed the features too - A Picture Perfect Career written by the big gun himself [Kanak Mani Dixit, publisher, Himal Khabar Patrika] and book review by Vikash dai. Free Styling was great and forced my mind to recoil the words of the American poet, 'future is uncertain and the end is always near.' 1 Sept. was a day when Nepalis proved how feeble-minded we can be.
Thumbs up for WAVE106 and for the daring effort (going to western terai). You talked about Jack Johnson .He rocks!
Kaustubh Thapa
Dear Ed,
I've been reading WAVE for quite a while now and I honestly think it's a great magazine. I have a complaint though. Oasis is a fine section that I really loved but the queries seem to be only about love life and relationships. The queries and replies are so hackneyed. Unless something novel comes into Oasis, I think you people can pretty much scrap the section.
In good spirit,
Aaaron Dahal
Hey,
The web page looks colorful and vibrant, and the inclusion of the flash item in the middle makes it even better. But I was wondering where all the archives are? I couldn't find any previous issues. I was looking at the WAVE Music Utsav pictures and WAVE apparently is one big family, with all the writers and the editor and cover girl singing and jamming. Pretty cool!
CalMan
Dear Cal,
Although we updated the website's monthly pages for our readers in August, we are still making major changes behind the scenes, including revamping the archives and making it more comprehensive than it has ever been. Also look out for several more exclusives on our website in the coming days.
WAVE.
Hi,
I checked out your latest issue, which is really hot! I liked was the cover girl Esha. She looks really rockin' with that fender. I wish I could be there to watch her perform live. Happy Tihar.
Suza,
Itahari.
Dear Ed,
I liked this month's cover, instead of just putting a pretty face, you put a pretty face with talent. Esha really rocks! I came to watch her and the others perform at WAVE Music Utsav and I think she and everyone else sang really well. I also liked the poster and the songbook and the cover story was written very well, looking forward to the next issue.
