Why Nepal Rocks. It’s got the highest peaks in the world and some of the fastest rivers too. It’s got brave hospitable souls and a rich culture. The descriptions are many but it is difficult to pinpoint just one reason why one loves Nepal.
We asked four young Nepalis who are currently living abroad what they love best about Nepal. The two triangles symbolise the Himalaya Mountains and represent the two major religions, Hinduism and Buddhism. The Laughing Cow does exist in Nepal. Like its southern neighbours, you're more likely to find a Baskin Robbins than a beef burger. Nepali woodcrafters are among the most talented in the world, producing exquisite one-of-a-kind pieces of art. The simplicity of life led by Nepalis is another reason as to why Nepal rocks. Once isn't quite enough. Old Temples The unpredictability and thrill of Nepal which only some can positively handle are quite exciting. Not knowing whether you will reach your hometown by tomorrow, having no idea when you'll get water at your house or fuel for your bike to go on a mad Friday night out is something that adds to Nepal's appeal.
