Chobi Mela V took place from 30 January- 20 February, 2009 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It travelled to Kathmandu from 22-28 May and was showcased at Nepal Art Council in Babar Mahal. It featured 12 exhibitions by artists from nine nations including; Argentina, Bangladesh, France, Japan, United States, The Netherlands, Nepal, Nigeria and Norway. Photos showcased were amazing and all of them had a story to tell. For photographers, media professionals and storytellers alike, Travelling Chobi Mela V, organised by photo.circle, was a vibrant occasion to seek inspiration, learn and enjoy a variety of styles and subjects in world class photography.
