Nude Art Exhibition

The nude art exhibition titled Motif of Nudes started on 29 May in the Art Shop, Durbar Marg, and will go on till 10 June. This exhibition is probably the first of its kind in Nepal with eight artists, namely Birendra Pratap Singh, Sunita Rana, Sudarshan B. Rana, Zaya Sharma, Chirag Bangdel, Nem Bahadur Tamang, Himalaya Gautam and Kapil Mani Dixit, revealing their perspective to the genre of artistic nude. Hosted by Kapil Mani Dixit, who has specialised in nude art from Texas College of Arlington and is the only artiste in the exhibition to have used live models. He has 11 years of expericen in nude art and sculpture.
