Dance is a form of self expression and on 9 April, the auditorium of Nepal Music Centre at Pinglasthan got an example of it. Fusing traditional Nepali music performed live by famous folk ensemble Kutumba to modern hip-hop dance performed by the students of Nepal Music Centre, the event was a result of a three week long workshop given by Mahajoy Laufer, a US based dance instructor. The performance included various forms of dancing such as modern ballet, break dance, free style and group dancing. The evening also saw Kutumba performing along with Jamyang and Tenzin Norbu both from Dolpa where they sang songs about their life.
