3. Proposing in front of a large crowd is not exactly a good idea as the answer might be NO. You don't want to embarrass yourself and the other person. And it's more of a personal thing.

4. Do not propose to someone just for the heck of it. You don't want to regret later. Don't just go with the flow. Think about it. Getting into a relationship is a big commitment in itself.
