On the evening of 25 January, the Queen Elizabeth Stadium in Hong Kong was full of Nepalis living in Hong Kong, swaying with the beats, and singing along to the songs of 1974 AD and Kunti Moktan. The songs were covered by Rohit Sunuwar and Prakriti Giri, both of who are originally from Nepal and who made it to the top four in the Indian show Voice of India in 2008. Rohit and Prakriti shared the stage with various other performers from Nepal and Hong Kong, including actor Dilip Raymajhi and dohori singers Raju Pariyar and Debi Gharti. A performance mocking increasing load-shedding hours in Nepal by the actors from the popular comedy show Jire Khursani was a crowd-pleaser as well. However, the crowd seemed the most excited when the duo, Rohit and Prakriti, sang Bir Bir Gorkhali. The program, which was the fifth Lali Guras Sajh, lasted for four hours and was jam-packed with an audience paying up to Rs 10,000 for a ticket.
