Theater grows BIG

Theater wasn't appreciated much in the earlier days and took a lot of time to establish in Nepal as well. With the Kathmandu International Theater Festival held by Gurukul School of Theater and Arohan Theater Group, people are truly appreciating this art form. The festival was held from 11 to 27 November. Artists from Bangladesh, Denmark, England, India, Norway, Russia, Thailand, USA and Nepal performed and awed the audience with plays based on various subjects.
