Catalyst for the youth

FROM ISSUE # 156 (December 2008) | IN THIS ISSUE

Most of the people say WAVE is a fashion magazine but I don't think so. I am a regular reader of the magazine and I think that the articles stimulate the mind. I believe that it has a great combination of both fashion and important issues concerned with the youth. I think WAVE is the best monthly magazine available in the market for the youth.

First time
The first time I read WAVE I was really excited, and then I got addicted to it. Every article in WAVE is energetic and informative. Moreover, the article For Better Tomorrow written by Abha Eli Phoboo on Broadside in the November issue was outstanding and full of information. However, I was shocked when you guys didn't include Click of the Month. What's the matter?

Through thick and thin
Awesome, rocking, mind blowing – err, I can't find the right words to describe WAVE, which is a mixture of all necessary ingredients from fashion to education and from technology to travelling. Seriously, I hadn't been reading any magazines, especially Nepali ones, until I began reading WAVE. I've just gone through four issues of WAVE, and already I feel as though it's been with me for years like a best pal. Since then, it's been with me through thick and thin. So I can surely call it 'simply the best'.

Bandwagon back
The November issue was impressive. Thanks for publishing articles on music. I've been missing Bandwagon for a while now, as well as Nepali lyrics in the songbook.

So far yet so close

WAVE was and still is one of my favourite magazines, but I can't read it now as I live in the US. I check out the online version of WAVE here, but still it's not as satisfying as reading it in print. I miss reading every page and watching it growing with time. The rest of the magazines made for teenagers are far behind compared to it. I wish you all the best and will definitely collect all the unread copies when I come to Nepal! Keep rocking and making us readers proud!Pooja Sharma, Berkeley,CA
