Kutumba Project

Journeying on from 11-18 October to Janakpur for their project Kutumbasanga Hatemalo, Nepali folk ensemble Kutumba has been traveling to various parts of the country to interact and conduct workshops for local performing artists. This week-long program was concluded with a two-hour concert at Janaki Mandir. Kutumba performed alongside local artists Sunil Mallick, president of Mithila Natyakala Parishad (MINAP), Saroj Kumar Karna, Bikash Kumar Karna and Ujawal Kumar Mishra. On 14 October, Kutumba also performed on the eve of Kojagrath Purnima for the members of Janakpur Womens Development Center.

actually i really love kutumba, there music are so listenable, soft and top of that there music brings back the memory of nepal-- but i haven't bought there cd which i regret it now... i really love them //-- best wishes to them..>

Yea Kutumba's music is really soft n beautifull to listen..i really love it..we alwayss play their music in our restaurant..n it feels soo great .relaxed..u rock kutumba!!!
