The nominations for the 12th Hits FM Music Awards is out and it's no surprise that some of the best songs that we've heard last year are not on the list of nominees. Scheduled for mid-December, Mandira Dhungel, Chief Program Co-Ordinator of Hits FM, also informed that two new categories, Rock Vocal Performance & Pop/Rock Album of the Year were added and two old categories-Best song in a Foreign Language and Best Music Video, were removed because it didn't have enough submissions. At a time when music videos are flourishing and making it big, Hits FM has removed a category that would've boosted the Nepali Music Industry. You can view the list of nominees at www.hitsfm.com.np.

It's good. No need to keep those 2 categories Its been long that english songs with good quality aren't on the scene. Some are on the bkground with limited group of artist and listener. And it's a FM award not a TV. should give awards that sounds good not looks good. 100% recommendation by me for the step of 91.2
