ANUP PRAKASH

Born in Syangja, Seti Dhobar on 12 October 1983, Jabeek keeps his last name a mystery.

Did his schooling from Gaurishankar Higher Secondary School in Tahachal and has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Prithvi Narayan Campus.

Would have been a web designer or a software developer if not a singer.

Was passionate about singing from a young age and because of that did lots of stage shows during his school and college days.

Credits his chance meeting with Jems Pradhan during his first song recording for his album. Pradhan introduced him to Music Work Studios with whom he recorded his first album Chatti Yoh Chirera in 2004.

Gave his first concert in Dharan on 12 August 2006.

Loves to listen to all types of music as it inspires him. 1974AD is his all time favorite Nepali band and Sashi Rawal is his favorite new kid on the block.

Is a vegetarian and encourages all his friends to be one too.

Loves home made food but would happily gorge on mushroom pizzas while out. 

Is a family person and they are his number one priority. Likes to stay home most of the time but can also be found hanging out at Anil Sthapit's Designer Studio in New Road listening to music, composing songs and surfing the net.

Credits the love and support of his family, friends and Jems Pradhan as well his own hard work for his success.

Is presently single and reveals that he had his first crush when he was in class 5. He never had the nerve to ask her out. Keeps her name secret as the girl is married now.

Also loves watching movies, Darpan Chaya and Lahure are his favorite Nepali movies while 10,000 BC currently tops his Hollywood movies list.

Rajesh Hamal, Dilip Rayamajhi and Hrithik Roshan are his favourite actors while Sanshita and Jharana Bajracharya are his favourite actresses.

Red and blue are his favourite colours and is totally a jeans and t-shirt person.
