Narayan Wagle's best selling Nepali novel Palpasa Café was launched in English on 15 January. In a gathering of few foreign expiates, writers, journalists and book lovers the English edition was released by Kunda Dixit at the 'r' sala of nepa~laya. The book comes in a freshly adapted cover, which still carries the original Palpasa Café image within. Palpasa Café – in English is being published by publication nepa~laya also the publishers of the original book. The Nepali edition which released in 2005 was awared the prestigious Madan Puraskar.
