HISTORY IS AWESOME. PATAN ROCKS! It's cool how the gate, water source, mandir and pati are all linked. America is rich, that's about it. Nepal is culturally rich.
– Om Shrestha

Patan is a very well-planned city; the rulers had plenty of foresight to construct bahals, sagas, and dhunge dharas. We learnt about things necessary for A CITY TO RUN WELL AND SURVIVE FOREVER. We need to organise campaigns to make everyone aware of our own heritage and how we can conserve it.
– Sarita Bhattarai

It's amazing to know how planned Patan actually is and how MODERNITY CREATES MISFITS.
– Anne Shrestha

Some private house owners, with some assistance, have converted their house into a guest house to earn money as well as to PRESERVE THEIR HERITAGE.
– Margaret Singh

I learnt about our religion, history and ancient Patan. This is a GREAT WAY TO PROMOTE HERITAGE. – Nitisha Tamrakar

Enjoyed the tour thoroughly. Patan isn't congested after all! BEAUTIFUL PLACE. The historical facts made it even more so.
– Shama Chettri

My favourites were the oldest icons that represented women and the elephant which was made a hundred years before Christ. IT FELT GOOD learning about the past.
– Shraddha Thapa

Everything had a precise story. ISN'T HISTORY AMAZING!
– Ajit Poudel

SO MANY HERITAGE SITES in such a small area!
– Barsha Ghimire

I liked the SCULPTURED BUILDINGS AND STATUES.
– Siwani Rana

The water management system that existed and still exists is EXCEPTIONAL.
– Gyanendra Banks

As we walked the labyrinthine lanes, I felt TRANSPORTED BACK to the past with plenty of relics and artefacts all around us. It was a pleasure listening to the stories. Thanks, WAVE!
– Seema Pradhan Lama

Everything in Patan HAS A STORY!
– Abhi K Shrestha

I learnt that everything here is FOR A REASON.
– Nirjan Shakya
