Heart Beat
In commemoration of World Aids Day, six artistes of Nepal have started a one-year exhibition (December 2006 - November 2007) called Heart Beat to help Sangati, an extended care centre. The exhibition which started from Baryo Fiesta in Kathmandu will take place in different places over the coming year. 20 percent of the total sales of the paintings and sculptors will be donated to the centre. The artistes include painters Bikrant Man Shrestha, Raj K Prajapati, Uday Karmacharya, Sunita Maharjan and sculptors Juju Kaji Maharjan and Sheelasha Rajbhandari.
