Darjeeling rocks
In December 2000, the Darjeeling music scene took the cover of WAVE by storm. Now, six years later, Enterprise Y has released a documentarybased on the article, also titled 'In Tune with Darjeeling'. The 30-minute film talks about the past, present, and future of Darjeeling music, as well as its links to Western and Nepali music. It features interviews with Louis Banks, Phiroj Shyangden, former members of groups like The Hillians, Forbidden Fruit, and Diamonds, as well as old footage and photos. It's a must-see for anyone interested in the South Asian music scene.
