Score: Check to see if you have mostly As, Bs or Cs.
Mostly As:
Wake up! Boost yourself. How can you just let things pass by and say nothing? Speak up, say what you think is right, at least make a point somewhere. You don't need to take crap from people. Being quiet and accommodating won't get you anywhere. People will only take you for granted and use you as a doormat. And surely, you don't want that. Make space for yourself, don't get pushed over. We are sure you can do it.
Mostly Bs:
Hey, you are over doing it. You have it all wrong, standing up for yourself does not mean being a bully and a pushover. People need not agree to your every whim. Learn to accept that others might have different opinions. Screaming and losing your temper every time somebody disagrees with you only shows how immature you are. Learn to make your point without resorting to a shouting match. Keep cool and cut the crap, you'll earn more respect.
Mostly Cs:
You respect yourself and that's how it should be. Self-respect is more important than anything else. You have it down pat. When someone is being unfair to you, you are quick to say, "uh, uh, not with me." Keep it up and maintain that balance.
