Dhiraj releases Om Bikram

Last year, Dhiraj Rai published a book on pop music. This year, he's made a documentary on Om Bikram Bista's life. Titled Om Bikram, the film, directed by Pranay Limbu, the film depicts how pop music evolved in Nepal and Bista's contribution to the field. The 48 min film also captures Bista's performance at Sundar Shanta Nepal even when his wife was in ICU. She died 12 hours after the concert was over. (Anushil Shrestha)
