Milan Shrestha of Chitwan was declared the Synergy Rising Star out of 981 participants in the five-month long contest. Shrestha gets to record his solo album for free, produced by Rebel Creation. "I want to become professional singer," says Milan. Runners-up Ram Kumar Lama and Sujita Paudel will also get to record a single each. > EKAL SILWAL
