What better way to celebrate children's day than by working towards educating them. Village School- College Students Scholarship Programme- Nepal (VISCOSS) has been awarding scholarships to under-privileged children in Nepal for many years. On the occasion of 38th National Children's Day, Hindu Vidyapeeth-Nepal was inducted as the 50th school in the list of schools that enroll students through VISCOSS.

Though they are named Hindu Vidyapeeth-Nepal, the school enrolls students regardless of their caste or religion. They are based in Bal Kumari and have two other branches in Dang and Gorahi. Nearly 200 students at Hindu Vidyapeeth-Nepal are on full scholarships.
